Wine made with honey? Only at Rosewood…

We all know that wine is made with grapes, sometimes other fruits, yet did you know that wine can be made with honey too? This month’s Savvy Selections feature winery - Rosewood Estates Winery & Meadery - wowed our Sommelier tasting panel with outstanding wines & meads (aka honey wine). Savvy Sommelier Wayne Walker was eager to interview Rosewood’s winemaker Natalie Spytkowsky. After they chatted on the phone for what seemed like an hour, Wayne exclaimed “Wow, Natalie is a really cool person!”
